A homeschool mother and grown adult daughter (and fellow homeschool mom) share their highlights, regrets, and advice about homeschooling in this thoughtful and honest interview. Keeley shares what it was like to homeschool in the 90’s and early 2000’s, while Kim dives in to what it was like to be a homeschooled child. Hindsight is always 20/20, and we get to be blessed with their wisdom. Also, in our Gameschooling segment, we share The Oregon Trail games that are all the rage in our homes these days.

Scoop on the Coop
Mandi’s children have started using Lego’s new engineering and coding build program call Lego Spike Prime. It includes dozens of options for building and coding robotic machines. They had so much fun exploring and preparing for their Lego robotics team starting this week!
Jessica attended a family homeschool graduation for her niece. She shares precious moments and how the customized graduation was a blessing for their entire family. Homeschoolers get to have graduation ceremonies too!
Mentor Moms Squared - Keeley and Kim
Both Keeley and Kim are an important part of our homeschooling life - between offering friendship, hosting fun themed parties, and providing a wealth of wisdom, these two are a power homeschooling team for us! Keeley shares what it was like to make the homeschooling decision while going against the grain of society, as well as what it was like finding her groove with unschooling. Kim shares what it was like to be homeschooled, what she has learned from her experience, and the best parts that she is passing on to her children. The wisdom and advice is a treasure.
